Football is the most popular game in Bangladesh. Compared to the past ,the standard of Bangladeshi football has degraded due to mismanagement, lack of support and poor investment. An interesting in cricket resulting from nations success in the test cricket and participation in the world cup over shadowed the past time in the nations football .But however this did not affect football popularity :more football tournament are organized in and out side Dhaka than any other sports and football fever Grips the nation during every FIFA world cup .Federation officials and experts are still hopeful about the development of football in the country next ten years despite financial obstacle and lack of professional.
